Hello from Spain, I´m happy about the news, specially the 4 eggs in St Hubert!
About the young falcon in St Hubert: I think it is not JX. As you can see in the attached picture, and as i mentioned in my previous email, JX has some missing feathers in the tail, which makes him recognisable in flight. In the same way, the adult male that is around St Antoine, is missing a feather in the tail as well(see the pìcture missing-rectrice). These references will dissapear soon, but in the meanwhile they are usefull to identify the birds in St Antoine even from very far distances. On Sunday, i decided to check St Antoine once again before starting my trip to Spain.....I was there at around 10:30 with Caroline...and...two falcons were fighting around...my optics were packed so by the time I got them ready both birds were fighting far away ( direction the museum)...one was young (JX I imagine) and the other was looking male as well.....Be well, Javi (Photo: le jeune mâle JX, voir la bague, perché à St Antoine)

Emilie.
